Murtaza Wahab Siddiqui, Barrister-at-Law, has over the years developed expertise in litigation relating to banking and finance, mortgage finance, Islamic finance, company, corporate, mergers and amalgamations, and constitutional laws. He has drafted specialized agreements for various projects, bye laws of statutory organizations and has also looked after restructuring arrangements & legal audit on behalf of various banks in Pakistan. Mr. Siddiqui has also advised leading stock brokerage houses on a regular basis. In addition to the same Mr. Siddiqui has also advised financial institutions on various aspects of Islamic Finance. He has also filed various high profile defamation suits and obtained favorable interim orders. He is also a part time lecturer of Company Law at SZABIST & S.M Law College.

M. Jaffer Raza, Barrister-at-Law, has developed considerable experience and expertise over the years in litigation relating to intellectual property, construction and building, environment, constitution, real estate and family law. Mr. Raza also advises leading oil marketing companies on a regular basis and has drafted fuel supply agreements for the recently concluded rental power projects. He has also conducted due diligence for leading financial institutions and rendered legal opinions on the same. Mr. Raza also advises builders and contractors on building, real estate and environmental laws on a regular basis. He is also a part time lecturer at the S.M. Law College.

Amer Naveed Butt is a graduate of University of London and has also completed his LL.M. from UK. Since then he has been working as an associate and legal consultant with Siddiqui & Raza. He independently deals with cases in the District and Sessions Court and regularly appears in proceedings before the High Courts in matters pertaining to civil, criminal, banking, rent and family law. Prior to joining the firm, he has interned at various top corporate law firms. His experience in particular includes drafting and legal research. He is enrolled as an advocate with the Sindh Bar Council and is a member of the Karachi Bar Association.

Muhammad Asad Iftikhar

Mr. Iftikhar joined the firm as an associate in 2014 and has thus far gained valuable experience in both litigation and corporate transactions. Presently, Mr. Iftikhar is involved in litigating at the lower courts and tribunals along with drafting legal opinions and petitions before the Sindh High Court. He is currently dealing in the areas of white collar crime, banking and finance, commercial, contractual and property disputes, constitutional petitions, intellectual property and family matters.

Mr. Dahri started of his career with working in corporate firm, where he gained valuable skills and experience of drafting and vetting legal contracts, bank guarantees, financial agreements and other financial documentation. Subsequently after having developed interest in litigation, he joined Siddiqui & Raza as an Associate. He mostly deals with cases in District and Sessions Court and tribunals in matters pertaining to criminal, civil, rent, family and banking laws, though he has developed a firm understanding and interest in matters related to criminal law.

Asif Khawaja
